Refunds or exchanges are only applicable under the following circumstances:
You receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
The product is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition
Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact
Requests that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Due to the nature of bridal and luxury wear, the following items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable:
Bridal wear and formal wear on sale or discount
Customized, made-to-order, or stitched outfits
Unstitched fabric once cut or altered
Accessories, dupattas sold separately, or add-ons
Items damaged due to improper handling or wear
Once your return is received, our quality control team will inspect the item
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
Exchanges are subject to product availability
If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the error occurred from our end
